  • Free intro chat. A relaxed 15–20 minutes to see if we're the right fit no commitment.
  • Where. In your home, somewhere quiet nearby, or by phone / video whatever feels easier.
  • How often. Weekly, fortnightly or as-needed. You set the pace.
  • What it costs. Aligned with our support-work rates see the pricing page or just ask.

Note: Shannon is currently completing her Diploma of Counselling. Sessions are offered as supportive counselling rather than registered psychological therapy. If you need clinical mental-health care we'll happily help point you in the right direction.
